Sheep
Grass Fed Lambs Our lambs graze on the rich, rolling pastures of the Catskill Mountains from the time they’re born. Grass fed and pasture raised, they move through fresh fields all season long — never rushed, never confined. The result is lamb that’s tender, mild, and full of the flavor that only comes from animals raised right. Clean land, clean feed, clean food.
Pigs
Pastured Pigs Our pigs are heritage breed and proud of it. They spend their days rooting through pasture, wallowing in the sun, and doing exactly what pigs are meant to do. Raised entirely outdoors on rotating pasture, our pigs are never confined — just given space, good land, and time to grow the way nature intended. The result is pork with real flavor, real fat, and a story worth telling.
Chickens
Pasture Raised Chickens – Our chickens grow in open fields. They forage through lush green grass, scratch at the earth, and follow the sun across the pasture. No crowded buildings, no shortcuts — just chickens being chickens on Catskill farmland. We raise them slow and let the land do the rest. The difference shows up on your plate.
